We support the design and planning process,whether you’re working with an architect or starting from scratch. We help make sure everything’s ready for a smooth build.
Step 3: Schedule and site setup
We map out who’s needed when, and lock in the right trades for each stage. That means fewer delays and no one stepping on anyone’s toes.
Step 4: Build phase
You’ll see things take shape. We check in regularly, make sure work stays on track, and deal with issues before they become problems.
Step 5: Finishing and handover
Once the build’s complete, we take care of final snags and finishing touches, and then hand over your new home, ready to live in.
