Our extensive two-story house renovation came in on time and on budget, to a standard of construction that absolutely delighted us. This was entirely due to the efficiency and organisation of Jamie at Totem. His communication is outstanding. We received an email from him every Friday telling us what progress had been made and what we might expect to happen the following week. If we had questions he would take a little time to give us accurate and informative answers, but never leave us hanging. We were even able to go away for a couple of months in the middle of the build because we knew and trusted our builders by this point, and had faith in their care of our home and intention to finish on time with attention to detail. Other things were stressful while the renovation took place, but not the building work. That we actually enjoyed. We can't recommend Totem highly enough.
